En este proyecto, creé una divertida animación en 3D de un complejo artilugio (la máquina de Rube Goldberg), inspirándome en una variedad de referencias, incluidos juguetes, museos y videos de YouTube. La animación implica una serie de interacciones mecánicas, que comienzan con un juguete para gatos y terminan con un regulador de luz, logradas mediante un meticuloso modelado, texturizado y animación en Blender.
Este proyecto fue una experiencia de aprendizaje importante, que me permitió explorar y perfeccionar varias herramientas y técnicas de Blender.

Modelling
Created various elements such as the cat toy, larger machine, and other mechanical parts with traditional blocking and using modifiers like Boolean, Screw.

Modelling with Curves
For the more complex structure, I created the initial shape and used a Bezier modifier and Array to give it shape.

Applied procedural and image-based textures to achieve realistic materials for different components, including plastic, metal, and wood.

Particles and Simulations
Implemented fire and cloth simulations to enhance the realism of the animation. Created sparks, fire and a deflating object.

Animating
Utilized curve paths, empties, and keyframes to animate the contraption, ensuring smooth and coordinated movements throughout the sequence.
Also set up a three light system and multiple cameras to capture the action from different angles, using depth of field to add cinematic quality.

Post-Production
Edited the final animation in Adobe Premiere Pro; adding credits and music.
